Booking, Shop and Product delivery and returns policies.

Deliveries and returns.

  • Hand-poured candles are non-refundable. Once the candle has been poured and delivered, they cannot be returned. This is because of the organic, and 100% pure and natural ingredients.
  • Products being delivered: Crystal and other healing items cannot be returned as they are energetically charged. If there is a product defect, this will be considered within 24 hours of receiving each item. If your product is damaged please take a picture of receiving the goods, there is a 24 hour window period to claim this back under the delivery insurance.
  • Delivery timings: UK (within 7 business working days), EU (within 10 business working days). Please note products are not currently available outside the UK and the EU.

Cancelling your appointment (Important for refunds).

  • Cancelling your appointment: Cancellations for all readings (Skype, Telephone and Face to Face), space clearing – all require 72-hours’ cancellation notice. No refunds will be given if bookings are not cancelled within the 72-hour notice period.
  • Skype, Telephone and in-person readings are part refundable, should you not be happy with the service provided. Half of your fee will be kept for a booking fee, the remaining half of the fee can be requested back, ONLY if this is done within the first five minutes of the reading.
  • Email readings are non-refundable.
  • Skye Orca commits to all his bookings upfront, and it is secured in his schedule. All cancellations need to take place 72 hours before booking.
  • Refunds will only be considered in session. This means that within the first five minutes of the session if the client is unhappy, a part refund may be discussed. Only half the refund will be considered as the time and session has already begun.
  • If you are late for your session, Skye Orca will try to honour the time booked if there are no other appointments that follow your timeslot. It is important for you to be on time.
  • Available dates for bookings can be selected through the booking form, or by emailing/testing Skye Orca directly.

When refunds are processed?

  • It will take up to 5-15 business days to reflect, depending on the bank. Once issued, a refund cannot be cancelled. Please note this is part of the PayPal and Stripe terms and there is nothing that Skye can do about this.

Will a refund in session cost?

  • A refund done in session or not within the 72-hour timeframe will occur a £5 transaction charge.

Services and products are for those 18 years and older.

  • No children are allowed to make use of any of the services or products on this website. This is for anyone 18 years of age or older. If a parent or legal guardian would like a medium session with an under 18-year-old, permission must be given and they must accompany the under 18-year-old.

When may Skye Orca choose to not respond ore remove my access?

In the event that there is any behaviour that is harmful, considered slander or involves aggression or swearing of any kind, Skye Orca reserves the right to immediately stop working with an individual/group and will be reinforced by the terms listed in this statement.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Skye Orca collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users of the https://www.skyeorca.com website. This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Skye Orca.

What data I will hold of yours?

  • Booking information: name, email address and telephone number.

  • Coaching: Notes that I will have on you about our coaching sessions, and these are available on request.

  • Adverts: Social Media networks and online will all lead to my website and request you to fill in a form.
  • Previous to May 2017 you would have subscribed to my newsletter or through my booking form and have been added to my database.
  • Friends referrals before May 2017: to market myself through word of mouth, friends in South African and London may have subscribed you to my database when communication goes out you will be given the opportunity to subscribe immediately.
  • Events and business cards: In the event, you have given me your business card prior to May 2017 you were added to my subscriber list as per your request.
  • Analytics: Google analytics is used to track the website progress of www.skyeorca.com. Privacy Policy or Opt-out.
  • Membership: in order to collect membership fees from your, your data and financial card/account details will be held by the external membership third-party facilitator. One has not been appointed yet, but when this had been, it will be available for request or updated here accordingly.
  • Refer a friend campaigns: Skye has and will ask you for your friend’s email address and this is your option to add this. Your friend will automatically receive a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the website. This information is retained for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of the referral campaign.
  • Checkout: We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.
  • Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed.
  • Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
  • Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order! When you purchase from this website, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
    • Send you information about your account and order
    • Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
    • Process payments and prevent fraud
    • Set up your account for our store

    • Improve our store offerings

  • Debit or Credit cards: I do accept credit and debit cards, I will never request these details from you ever, so please be aware of this. I use Stripe to accept payments.

How is data retained?

The Data is kept for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the user of the services or products, or stated by the purposes outlined in this document, and the user can always request that the Data Controller suspend or remove the data.
